  Rennco, a Pro Mach product brand, offers feeding and bagging solutions for linen/textile type products. An operator simply places items such as washcloths and bar wipes into the weigh bin hopper. Once the correct weigh is achieved, the load of items discharges onto a conveyor that advances the grouping into the web of packaging material on the Rennco Model VerticL-PP packager. The positive transfer process prevents roping and jamming, providing superior transport capability.   The Ellis/Vega Smartpress has the structure to control great pressure on textiles in the extraction process. It’s available in sizes from 90-225 lb. capacities. Powered by a Rexroth hydraulic system, the Smartpress is programmable in both cycle, cycle pattern and pressure settings up to 66 bar, depending on model selection. Features include the only moisture-extraction press to employ a contiguous cast end frame in lieu of the standard column designs. Side frames and upper and lower decks are cut from two eight-inch steel slabs; there are no corner columns, which gives you an eight-inch-square support structure (64 sq. in.) as opposed to a four-inch-diameter round column (12.57 sq. in.) per corner.
